Headwaters Arts Center is happy to be hosting Yoga classes with instructor Rod Sauquillo.
This is a Vinyasa Flow practice and the instructor will provide modifications to accomodate different levels. Yoga mats and blocks are available if needed. Please bring a water bottle and any other yoga accessories you would like.
Classes are drop-in. The fee is sliding scale between $10-$20 per session, cash and Venmo are accepted.
