“Wild Portraits” by Alejandra Castaneda

“Wild Portraits” opens August 26, 2022 at 5pm at the Headwaters Arts Center. Alejandra Castaneda focuses on wild and farm animals to create a series of portraits with a sense of humor. This family friendly exhibition will be opening in conjunction with a concert in Veterans Park, Stamford so bring the whole family for a fun filled day in Stamford.

Artist Statement
“Stamford NY is home to a variety of wild creatures, just by stepping outside you can find some of the official state’s nature representatives.”
“I wanted to portrait the variety of species that coexist with us, the farm animals, the birds and other wildlife.”
