“A Festival of Quilts” presented by The Catskill Mountain Quilters Hall of Fame

After a long Covid hiatus, the Catskill Mountain Quilters Hall of Fame will host its 20^th Biennial Quilt Show, “A Festival of Quilts,” Saturday and Sunday, September 17^th & 18^th from 10:00am – 4:00pm at the Hilt Kelly Hall located at the Roxbury Arts Center, 5025 Vega Mountain Road, Roxbury, NY.

The Catskill Mountain Quilters Hall of Fame was formed in 1982 with established guild representatives from Delaware, Green, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties.  Schoharie County joined in 1983.  Since its origin, 93 quilters who have been through the nomination and judging process have been inducted.

Saturday’s special feature will be to meet newly inducted members.  There will be a display of the group’s History Books and a Memorial Display of Inductees who, sadly, have been lost since the last show.  Both public days will offer opportunities for door prizes, raffle baskets, and this year’s special raffle quilt, “A Catskill Mountain Hometown,” that 58 members worked on.  All raffles will be drawn at the end of the last show day and winners notified.

Admission is $5.00 at the door, free for children 10 and under.
