Roxbury Street Performer Festival

Join us for another stupendous and unrivaled afternoon as street performers from near and far converge in downtown Roxbury! This full day of merriment and entertainment includes fully-staged vignette performances by internationally touring acrobatic dance ensemble Galumpha at the Roxbury Arts Center. Galumpha performances will be every hour on the half hour beginning at 12:30 pm.
Together with fire and circus arts specialists Bacchanal Promotions and countless other street performers, this year’s event promises to be even better than the last.
Also flowing out onto the streets will be belly dancers, Chi Chi the Clown who will be twisting balloon for your amusement, Jim Kopp and his Band, Young Charlie McIntosh, The God Forsaken String Band, Noel Fletcher, The Tremperskill Boys, Peter Blue and the Swedish Nickelharpa Band Eleemonsenary, and…
