Celebrate our region’s rich, diverse, and vibrant arts community here in the Catskills with work from over 60 local, regional, and internationally recognized artists. All artwork will go to the highest bidder at For Arts’ Sake, the Roxbury Arts Group’s highly anticipated fine art auction on Saturday, July 20 at 3:00pm at the Roxbury Arts Center, 5025 Vega Mountain Road, Roxbury NY. This annual fundraising event benefits both the participating artist as well as the Roxbury Arts Group, providing support for the programs and events the Roxbury Arts Group offers throughout our region’s rural towns and villages. The Roxbury Arts Group kicks off the For Arts’ Sake Preview Week on Saturday, July 13, with work open to the public at 10 am and a free Artist Talk at 2 pm. Visit and see the work in person, and hear directly from the artists about their creative process. Continue to experience the vibrancy of our regional creative community during regular gallery hours Tuesday – Friday, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. There is no admission fee during the For Arts’ Sake Preview Week at the Roxbury Arts Center.
