Grab your recipe books and get ready to rustle up your best concoctions for the Fiddlers! 30 Chili and Apple Pie Cook Off.

Apple Pie Contest Rules

Apple pie entries must be at least 8 inches and include at least 60% apples in the filling. It does not need to be a “traditional” two crusted apple pie and it can have a variety of fillings. Crusts and filling must be made from scratch. No store-bought crust, dough, or canned fillings may be used. Entries must be dropped off with a completed entry form at the Roxbury Arts Center, 5025 Vega Mountain Road, Roxbury NY between 12:00p and 2:00p on Sunday, October 8, 2023. If you want your pie plate returned to you, please clearly mark it on the bottom with your name and phone number.

Chili Cook Off Rules

All ingredients are OK to use, there are no restrictions. Vegetarian and non-traditional chilis are acceptable and encouraged. Specialty toppings/condiments (i.e. shredded cheese, sour cream) are NOT allowed for judging. Entries must be dropped off in a self-heating crock pot with a completed entry form at the Roxbury Arts Center, 5025 Vega Mountain Road, Roxbury NY between 12:00p and 2:00p on Sunday, October 8, 2023. Please clearly indicate your name and phone number on your crock pot so that we can return it to you. Please include any re/heating instructions on your entry form.
