Annual Roxbury Pumpkin Carving Contest & More

Once again Main Street Roxbury will be illuminated with wildly creative and fun pumpkins and the After Party will be at the Roxbury Arts Center – AND YOU’RE INVITED! Hot cider, hot chocolate, sweet and savory treats, make a corn husk doll, make a caramel apple to bring home (or eat there!) plus Zoltar the Magnificent will be gazing into his Crystal ball and telling fortunes. Everyone can vote for their favorite pumpkins (adult & under 12), which will be announced at the end of the event. Come join the fun! All proceeds are for Roxbury Volunteer Fire Department.

Sign up and pick out a pumpkin at Roxbury General ($20 cash only) to benefit the Roxbury Volunteer Fire Department. Lights will be provided by the Friends of Roxbury, but please plan if you need anything more than a tea light.

Carve, paint, or otherwise decorate your entry and have it set up by 4:30 on Saturday, October 28th. Think about a stand to raise it up for easier viewing.
