Feathers in a Notebook 

The Roxbury Arts Group is honored to present ‘Feathers in a Notebook’, a memorial exhibition for Ian O’Brien. Join us in celebration of the impact creativity had on Ian’s life and, in turn, the impact that Ian’s creativity had on others. An opening reception will take place on Friday, June 12th, from 4-6pm. A food truck will be open around the corner at the Roxbury Fire Department.

Alongside the memorial show will be Camp Feathers in a Notebook, led by Teaching Artist Christina Hunt Wood. 6-13 year-olds will spend all day outside exploring the nature of art-making and being creatively inspired by their natural surroundings. We will take time to notice the macro and the micro, the visual and experiential, building connections with each other, the land, and ourselves.
