Come down to Hilt & Stella Kelly Hall as we honor long-standing folk music traditions and experience the timeless and toe-tapping rhythms of old time fiddle music. Enjoy dynamic performances by Down Hill Strugglers and several other old time music groups at this festival that has been celebrating this music for 31 years and counting! Doors open at 2:30pm, performances start at 3:00p Or come early and compete in our chili and apple pie cook-offs, back by popular demand! Drop your dish off by 1 pm and judging starts at 2 pm! Roxbury Arts Center parking lot is reserved for disabled parking and those with mobility issues. Free parking is available on Main Street and in the Roxbury town parking lot across the street.
Creative Community: Halloween Activities

Join our resident Creative Rod Sauquillo for this free event to make Halloween masks inspired by your favorite Catskill critters, or create your own personalized Trick Or Treat Bag using printing techniques.
Perfect for everyone ages 5 & up, although small kiddos should be joined by an adult creative assistant. This event is free and open to all. No pre-registration required. All materials will be provided.

Catskill Mountain Quilters- Hall of Fame Quilt Show

The Catskills Mountain Quilters Hall of Fame presents its Biennial Quilt Show “Festival of Quilts” presented by the 10 quilt guilds within the 5 counties of the Catskill area. This event highlights quilt entries from guild members as well as recent inductees. The show will be up in the Hilt Kelly Hall in the Roxbury Arts Center from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, September 21st, and Sunday, September 22nd.
Admission is $5.00 per person and payable at the door.
