The Catskills Mountain Quilters Hall of Fame presents its Biennial Quilt Show “Festival of Quilts” presented by the 10 quilt guilds within the 5 counties of the Catskill area. This event highlights quilt entries from guild members as well as recent inductees. The show will be up in the Hilt Kelly Hall in the Roxbury Arts Center on Saturday, September 21st and Sunday, September 22 from 10am to 4pm each day. Admission is $5.00 per person and payable at the door. Raffle Quilt The raffle quilt this year is a Heritage pattern of the Catskill area – Majestic Mountains. Raffle Quilt tickets are $1.00 per ticket OR $5.00 for six and proceeds will benefit a local charity selected by each of the 10 Catskill Mountain Hall of Fame guilds. Raffle Baskets Each of the 10 member guilds will have raffle baskets available as well. Raffle basket tickets can be purchased for $5.00 for sheet of 25 tickets. The winners of the Raffle Quilt and the various raffle baskets will be drawn on Sunday, September 22 at 3:00 pm. Winners do not need to be present. Parking adjacent to the center is reserved for accessible/handicap parking only. Street parking is available on Main Street (State Highway 30) as well as in a municipal lot next to 53535 State Highway 30. For safety and legal reasons, parking on Vega Mountain Road is prohibited. No food, drinks or pets permitted – certified guide dogs only!
