Movers & Shakers II with Ailisa Boyer! (Ages 9-11)

Dancers will learn the fundamentals of choreography and combine them with their own unique movements to create an original dance piece! Drop in for this energetic dance class!
This event is free and open to the public and will be hosted at the Headwaters Art Center in Stamford, NY. Children ages 9-11 are welcome to attend this session. Wear comfortable clothing and socks. Proof of vaccination are required for adults and masks are required for all participants.
Ailisa Boyer is a Dance/Movement Therapist living in and loving the Catskills for over a decade. She earned her bachelors degree in Psychology and Dance at Manhattanville College. After experiencing the power of the arts in mental health, she went on to earn her Masters Degree in Dance /Movement Therapy and Counseling from Antioch University. Ailisa has choreographed, performed, and taught all over NY State including NYC and Capital Repertory Theater In Albany, NY. She is the creator of Nautilus Dance Arts and offers creative movement opportunities for children and adults.
